1. Service Description
This service desk platform is provided by HubTrax - Level 4. These terms, and the text messages sent under them, belong to HubTrax - Level 4. It helps support teams manage conversations, tickets, knowledge bases, AI capabilities, and related operational data. You may access and use it only within your authorized business scope.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for protecting your account, password, tokens, and third-party sign-in credentials. Activity caused by shared, leaked, or misused credentials may be treated as activity by the account holder.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the system for unlawful activity, rights infringement, service disruption, privilege bypassing, malicious code, unrelated data, or unauthorized sensitive information.
4. Text Messages Are a Separate, Optional Program
Text messaging is not part of these terms, and accepting them does not opt you in to it. HubTrax - Level 4 runs an optional SMS program for the service desk's own on-call staff. It is agreed to separately, by the person who owns the number, either on the SMS Opt-In and Consent page or by switching it on in their own HubTrax settings. Nothing in this agreement grants that consent and nothing here requires it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the service, of creating an account, or of completing any transaction or purchase. Somebody who never opts in uses HubTrax exactly as they do now, and is told about on-call work in the application instead. What is sent, how often, what it costs and how to stop are set out on the SMS Opt-In and Consent page and in the Privacy Policy.
5. Data and Content Responsibility
Content you create, upload, sync, or process in the system should be lawful, accurate, and aligned with internal management requirements. Necessary activity records may be retained for security, audit, operations, and compliance.
6. Service Changes and Availability
System features may change due to product iteration, maintenance, security fixes, or third-party service changes. The service provider aims to keep the service stable but does not promise that any feature will remain unchanged or uninterrupted.
7. Disclaimer
AI-generated content, automatic assignment, summaries, and suggestions are assistive only. Final business judgment, response content, and handling outcomes should be confirmed by authorized personnel.
8. Contact and Updates
If you have questions about these terms, or about any text message you have received under them, contact HubTrax - Level 4 through your service desk administrator. The latest version displayed on this page applies after updates.
